PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“FISHER-PRICE WIN TOYS FOR A YEAR”

1. ORGANISER AND PROMOTER

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Mattel UK Limited (Company No: 01471442) 3rd Floor The Porter Building, 1 Brunel Way, Slough Berkshire SL1 1FQ (the ‘Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

The Organiser of the Prize Draw is Engage Interactive LTD (Company number: 6099402), 1st Floor, Munro House, Duke Street, Leeds, LS9 8AG (the ‘Organiser’)

2. TERM

The “Toys for a Year for your Baby” prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) will open on 28 of August 2025 at 00.00 BST (the ‘Opening Date’) and will close on 30 November 2025 at 23.59 BST (the ‘Closing Date’).

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter or employees of the Organiser directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. Entry to the Prize Draw is free of charge.

4.2. To enter the Prize Draw you must register for an account by visiting https://shopping.mattel.com/en-gb/pages/fisher-price-prize-draw and by clicking “Submit”. You will be required to provide a valid email address and your child’s date of birth. In order to provide age-appropriate prizes, we indeed need your child’s date of birth.

4.3. You are only permitted to one entry into the Prize Draw. Entries to the Prize Draw with similar email addresses to those already registered will be automatically rejected.

5. CHOOSING A WINNER

5.1. There is one prize draw available to be won per month (‘Monthly Prize’).

5.2. The Monthly Prize winners will be chosen by random draw performed through a random computer-generated process within 5 working days of the following month until the Closing Date.

5.3. You will be notified if you have won a Monthly Prize in the first 5 to 10 working days of the following month.

6. PRIZES

6.1. Monthly Prizes:

6.1.1. There will be one winner of the “FISHER-PRICE WIN TOYS FOR A YEAR” prize every month, that is to say three winners in total for the term of the prize draw, as set out in section 2. Each winner is eligible to win one prize consisting of 12 Fisher-Price toys. Depending on the age of the winner’s child these toys could include a newborn gym, plush toys, and educational toys such as Laugh&Learn Puppy or similar. Exact list of toys in the prize will depend on the winner’s child’s age to receive the most suitable toys for child’s developmental stages.

6.1.2. The approximate value of the total prize will be around GBP 300.

6.2. We reserve the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

7. CLAIMING AND RECEIVING YOUR PRIZE

7.1. If you are successful in winning a Monthly prize, you will receive an email from the Organiser within 5 working days of the following month containing instructions on how to claim the prize. To do so, the Organiser will use the email address that you provided when registering for the prize drawing. You will be required to share a shipping address located in the country referred to in section 3 above, and a preferred shipping frequency to receive the prize. You will have 5 working days to respond and the Organiser will make one further attempt to contact you per email after 5 working days. If you do not respond within 48 hours of our second notification by the Organiser, then the prize will be forfeited. The prize will not be re-allocated.

7.2. The shipping frequency of the prize may be split into four quarterly shipments (each shipment to include age-appropriate toys for the next 3 months of the winner’s child) or into one shipment. You need to inform us of your preferred shipping frequency in the same email as that relating to the shipping address.

7.3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7.4. The prize will be shipped to the address you provide in the notification email, or where applicable, sent to you by email, no later than 30 days after receiving the notification about the winning.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be found on at https://shopping.mattel.com/en-gb/pages/privacy-statement

8.2. When entering the Prize Draw, you will be invited, but are not obliged to, to opt in to receive marketing information by email from the Mattel group. If you choose to opt in, we will retain your details for marketing purposes. We can share your details with other entities part of the Mattel Group. You can opt out at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” link present in every email you will receive from Mattel group.

8.3. The Organiser will send the surname and country of Monthly Prize winners to anyone who contacts the Organiser within one month of the Closing Date. If you object to any of all of your surname or country of residence being published or made available, please contact the Organiser at competitions@mattelcampaigns.com.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1. Our decision regarding the monthly draw is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

9.2. We may cancel the Prize Draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond our control.

9.3. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the Prize Draw.

9.4. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

9.5. We will not accept any liability for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.

9.6. We are not liable for any error in the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the Prize Draw.

9.7. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which we determine is: (i) contrary to these terms and conditions; (ii) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the Prize Draw; and/or (iii) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the Prize Draw in our sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include, without limitation, participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or us.

9.8. Please note that the media channels where the Prize Draw is advertised (for example Meta) are not responsible for any element of this Prize Draw and have not sponsored, endorsed or administered the Prize Draw.

9.9. Any images used promoting the Prize Draw are an illustrative example and do not show the exact prize(s).

9.10. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.11. These terms and conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you wish to enter into court proceedings, you must do so within the courts in England.
